We collect information you submit directly, including names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, websites, business addresses, campaign notes, and messages. Stripe collects payment information through its secure checkout; EdgeLocal does not store complete card numbers.
We may also collect standard technical and usage information, such as page visits, referring pages, device type, approximate location, and interactions with forms or tools.
2. How information is used
- Deliver and administer SEO services.
- Respond to inquiries and provide campaign communication.
- Connect intake submissions to the correct Stripe customer and subscription.
- Operate free tools, prevent abuse, and improve the website.
- Comply with legal, security, and accounting requirements.
3. Service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, databases, file storage, analytics, scheduling, email delivery, location search, mapping, and payment processing. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and operate under their own privacy terms.

We retain business and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Administrative access is restricted, and sensitive configuration values are stored outside public website code.
